Later He was Maintenance Supervisor in a garage of Volkswagen and Ford fleet of about 1,000 vehicles. Supervisor in a Garage of Mack and Kenworth Trucks; Lima and National cranes of 10 to 80 Tns. of load.

- Supervisor – Special Project: Recovery of 80 Pumping Units – PERU . With only 10% of the imported parts needed recovered 70 Oil Pumping Units manufacturing in home: gears, bushings and readapting parts. Resulting in about $2'000,000.00 in savings.
 - Coordinator - Biannual Maintenance Planning of Gas Natural Plant Verdun Alto – PERU (1989). Performed a detailed biannual maintenance plan for all the units and follow up of all the activities implied to meet the goals in time of execution and cost.
- Engineering support - Inspection and Design of 15 Metro-North Bridges - NY(2002) Supported field inspections, Autocad drafting (tracing and detailing) and reports; processed pictures and information.
